Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us at [your contact email/form]. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Refunds We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exceptions The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized products
• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once opened
• Digital products that have been accessed or downloaded

All Other Customers We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us to initiate a return.
